Peyton coiled her arms around Spencer’s neck, clinging to him as he kissed her, opening herself to his mouth’s gentle slide over hers. She parted her lips, drew him inside, savoring his masculine, unique flavor.

She thought he’d lower her to the floor again, but he carried her out of the game room, then down the stairs as if she didn’t weigh more than a feather. And, with him, she floated easily, trusting him completely.
