Anti-malware software

As malware is constantly evolving, anti-malware must be kept up to date. The organisation must update the signature files (which store information on malware threats) in line with the vendor’s recommendations, preferably automatically. The software must be configured to automatically scan any file accessed by users, including web pages, and look for malware. The software should also keep a list of known malicious websites and forbid access to those sites, unless there is a clear business need to access them.
