This is party food. It’s also some of the best comfort food you’ll ever eat. When my kids were growing up, this is what they would request for their birthday meals. On one occasion, we quadrupled the recipe and served it to 30 hungry teenagers. There wasn’t one piece of macaroni left over. My son would always request that the prawns weren’t added as he hates them, so if you’re not a fan of seafood, you can leave them out. By the way… if you’re on a diet, skip this recipe. Don’t even look at it.
