Instructions

These chicken legs appear very spicy, but the soy sauce reduces the heat. It doesn’t matter if you use an electric or gas grill. The most important thing is the temperature: it should be medium, not hot, not cold.

Start with the marinade: combine together soy sauce, chicken broth, fresh ginger and garlic. Stir carefully and add sugar.

Remove the skin from the chicken legs and add the chicken legs to the marinade for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill to a medium heat and put the meat on it. It is very important to not turn the legs during cooking. Cook for 10 minutes on the one side and ten minutes on the other. You should leave some marinade and boil it for 4 minutes. When the chicken is ready pour over the marinade and serve immediately.
