Ingredients:

2 cups fresh basil leaves

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

1/3 cup pine nuts

3 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Pepper

Directions:

 Equipment needed: Food processor

 Pour the basil and pine nuts in the food processor

 Pulse several times

 Next, add in the garlic and cheese.

 Pulse several times

 Scrape the sides with a spatula

 While running, stir in the olive oil

 Do not let it separate

 Stir in the salt and pepper to taste

 Now start prepping for your toppings.
