Mix egg, cheese, vegetables, and sausage.
Spoon mixture into wrappers and pinch closed.
To fry dumplings, preheat oil for 30 seconds on high heat, then lower heat to medium. Cook dumplings on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Always cut a dumpling open to make sure it is cooked through.
Serve with Salsa for dipping.
Swedish Meatballs with Gravy Dumplings
This recipe was requested by Kickstarter backer Joseph Seliga. I’m not sure why I didn’t think of it myself; I love Swedish meatballs! In addition to the meatball gravy, try serving these with a dollop of lingonberry jam, cranberry sauce, or the Strawberry Onion Jam that is in the Sauces section.
