Flash-Marinated Skirt Steak
Flash marinated flank steak is the perfect steak when your pressed for time. Quick and easy to marinate, don’t be afraid to prepare the recipe in the morning and cook it right after work!
Servings: 4
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) skirt steaks
For the marinade:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil, more for brushing
2 garlic cloves, minced
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in a sealable plastic bag, add steaks, seal bag, turn to coat; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
Remove steaks and discard marinade, place on griddle and cook about 3 minutes per side. Transfer steaks to cutting board and rest for 5 Minutes.
Cut across the grain into slices and serve with your favorite sides.
