The Contractor has complied with the provisions of Sub-Clause 20.1 [Contractor’s Claims] with regard to the issue of a notice of claim and the submission of his claim and detailed particulars to a fair and reasonable extent.

The reasons entitling the Contractor to an extension of the Time for Completion for the delay have negated the Employer’s entitlement to the payment of delay damages.
