Using Wifite to hack wireless networks

Wifite (https://tools.kali.org/wireless-attacks/wifite) is a wireless auditing tool that automates most of the tools discussed in this chapter. Executing the wifite command in Kali Linux automatically places your wireless card in monitor mode and scans for wireless networks. After scanning for wireless networks, it will ask you which wireless network you wish to assess and then it will automatically use tools such as Reaver to crack the WPS pin and Aircrack-ng to crack the WPA2 password on the access point.

To use Wifite in Kali Linux, follow these steps:

On your Kali Linux system, launch a new Terminal by choosing the Terminal button.

The Terminal button is the second button from the top on the left.
