2 tbsp. of roasted, diced sweet peppers, red

2 cups of salad greens, Italian blend

Instructions:

Cook the pasta using the instructions on the package. In a small-sized bowl, whisk lemon juice, pesto, oil, garlic, kosher salt & ground pepper together. Rinse the pasta in cold water and drain it.
