1 handful capsicum
1 handful cilantro leaves
1 cabbage (chopped)
1 handful chopped carrot
1 handful French beans (chopped)
1 handful cornstarch (mixed with water)
Directions
1. Pour the oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic. Fry for 3 minutes
2. Add the vegetables, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.
3. Add a cup of water and soy sauce. Allow boiling for 4 minutes.
4. Stir in the cornstarch mix.
5. Keep stirring till your soup is thick.
6. Garnish with the sprig onions.
7. Serve and enjoy.
