HOW TO COOK YOUR CURRYWURST CRISPY

Cut the Currywurst with the knife several times across (to prevent from bursting when frying)

→Leave about 1 cm / 0.5 in between cuts

→Do not cut the sausage completely, just cut it to a depth of 1 to 2 cm / 0.5 to 1 in

Heat 5 to 6 tbsp oil at medium heat in the frying pan

→Use enough oil (only then will the sausages be brown and crispy)

→Use sunflower or rapeseed oil

Sauté in the heated oil and fry for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy

→Turn the sausages every few minutes, so that they become evenly brown
