1 matchstick cut carrot
1/4 cup of bean sprouts, fresh or packaged
1/4 cup of onion, sliced thinly
1 thinly sliced green onion, fresh
Instructions:
1. Whisk the water, 1 tsp. of vinegar, 1 tsp. of soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and corn starch together in medium bowl till you have a smooth texture. Add the chicken. Marinate for 15 minutes or so.
2. Stir broth, 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 1 tsp. of vinegar, sugar and oyster sauce together in separate bowl till it is combined well.
3. Heat 3 tbsp. of oil in large-sized skillet on med. heat. Stir noodles while cooking till they are crisp and golden brown, one minute or so. Transfer the noodles to platter.
4. Pour last of soy sauce in skillet with oil. Stir while cooking chicken on high till it is not pink in the middle anymore, five minutes. Add the seasoning mixture, carrot, celery, onions, bean sprouts green onions. Stir while cooking till sauce has thickened, 1/2 minute. Pour the chicken mixture on noodles and serve.
