Chapter Eleven

After that, things move quickly.

Malcolm’s hands are on my breasts; down the wide V of my shirt, inside my bra. And then my shirt is gone, and Malcolm is kissing me.

Slow, wet kisses; both soft and demanding.

Sexy kisses.

Kisses that I had not expected.

I take a few moments to adjust to those kisses, at the wonderment of how someone can be so demanding and yet so gentle.

I’ve never been kissed like this.

I wonder how Malcolm kisses other areas.

It doesn’t take long for me to find out. Soon—too soon, but not soon enough—Malcolm’s mouth is on my breasts, diving between them with licks and teasing bites, before surrounding my nipple with his mouth. “These are even better than I dreamed about,” he murmurs.

“You dreamed about me?” I ask, my hand behind his head and pressing him against me.

“Once. Maybe twice.”

Malcolm lifts his head. “Callie, I don’t want—I might—”

“Ssh.” I press my lips against his mouth. “Don’t say anything. Let’s just have fun with this. It’ll be fine in the morning.”

“How do you want it? What do you like?” I like a confident man but the hesitancy in his voice tugs at the heartstrings. This might be a big thing for him. I might be a big thing.

But it’s a onetime thing. Of that, I know we’re both on the same page.

“I like it all, big boy. However you like it, I’m up for it. Except for obeying,” I add with a teasing smile. “Don’t ask for that. What’s your favourite fantasy?”

“I want to make love to you.”

My breath catches at his words, at the intensity of his voice. Making love...

I don’t remember the last time...

Marcus. Marcus that morning at the resort, when he woke me up—

And then left me without a word.

“Callie?” Malcolm lifts his head from my breasts and I realize I haven’t said anything.

“Anything you want,” I murmur. “Go for it.”

The urgency fades from Malcolm’s movements and his hands become careful, deliberate. Almost gentle.

It’s been a while since I’ve had gentle.

But it’s not a bad thing. His hands never lose contact with my skin as he peels off my pants, leaving me naked against the leather of his couch.

The television is angled so I can see our reflection on the dark screen. I like that. I like how Malcolm seems to slither down my body until he’s poised between my legs, his fingers searching, his mouth ready to explore, and then I close my eyes to the reflection and the knowledge this is Malcolm making love to me.

I let myself feel—the thrust of his fingers, the flick of his tongue, the heady suck of his lips around my clit.

And it feels...

It feels so good.

So good that I let myself drift off into Malcolm’s fantasy, clutching his shoulders and running my fingers through his thick hair. I don’t rush it, don’t beg for more; instead I sigh with contentment, relaxing into the cushions as he brings me closer to release.
