Ground beef: 12 ounces

Grated ginger: 1 tablespoon

Chopped garlic: 4 cloves

Chopped spring onion: 1

Red chilies chopped: 2

Shaoshing rice wine: 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

Corn flour: 1 teaspoon

Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon

Sea salt and pepper

Vegetable oil: 4 cups

Baby spinach: 2 ounces

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Instructions:

1. Take a bowl and mix beef with half of chilies, ginger, garlic and spring onions.

2. Stir in soy sauce, corn flour Shaoshing, seasoning, oil, and sugar.

3. Roll this mixture into small sized ball.

4. Take a skillet and heat oil on a medium heat and deep fry balls.

5. Serve by wrapping meat balls in baby spinach.
