The walk to Paisley's cottage seemed to drag on forever, even though it was only a few blocks from the bar. Every step felt like an eternity, the burning desire between us evident in each stolen glance and brushed fingertip. I didn't need any further encouragement. I scooped her up in my arms, carrying her the rest of the way to her front door. She giggled, wrapping her legs around my waist, her arms around my neck. The weight of her, the feel of her body pressed against mine, drove me wild.

We fumbled with the keys, the urgency of our need making even the simplest task a challenge. But finally, the door swung open, and we stumbled inside.

The cottage was dimly lit, the soft glow of the candles casting flickering shadows on the walls. The scent of lavender filled the air, adding to the heady atmosphere. I didn't bother with the lights, too focused on the woman in my arms.

I carried her to the bedroom, laying her down on the soft bed. I hovered above her, my eyes drinking her in. She looked up at me, her eyes filled with love and desire. "Austin," she whispered, her voice trembling. "Please."

She didn’t need to say anything else. I claimed her lips with mine, our bodies moving in sync.

The urge was too great. In one swift motion, I scooped her up, tossing her onto the bed. She gave a light squeal, the sound somewhere between surprise and elation. My heart was pounding so loud I swore she could hear it as I loomed over her.

Without hesitation, I crashed onto her, my body pressed against hers, my lips finding the delicate curve of her neck. Each kiss was like a brand, declaring my territory. She tilted her head, offering me more skin to claim, her breaths coming in shallow and rapid.
