Although not an extensive list of questions, the ones presented below will allow you to practice some of the concepts you have learned, and will further learn, in this chapter. Have fun! Please note, that although the questions here are performed in written, text format, the majority of actual CASPer scenarios will be videos that demonstrate these concepts in one way or another. 1)​ Countries that offer a ‘one-payer’ governmental healthcare system, one in which the access to healthcare and its services are free and open to all individuals without a costs, at times face economic pressures due to aging populations, excessive and inappropriate use of services such as visits to the ER for minor health issues, etc. As a means to combat and offset some of these growing financial costs, some countries have discussed introducing a $10 fee to be paid by the patients when they seek out medical care. What are your views about such a proposal and policy? What are the implications of introducing a $10 fee, payable by patients?

2)​ You are shopping at the local grocery store. As you are going about your shopping, you notice an elderly lady in the same aisle taking items off the shelf and stuff them into her winter coat. Then, a store employee who had seen the same thing approaches the elderly lady and begins to accuse her of stealing. The store employee even points at you and says that you saw her do it as well and you are a witness. The lady seems very confused and does not know how to react. What would you do as the store manager in this situation if you were informed of what had transpired?

3)​ You are a truck driver waiting at the local bar where other drivers are hanging out, awaiting your next route. Knowing you are on duty you simply order a coffee and pie. You sit down next to another colleague, Jim, who tells you he is also awaiting his next route. In front of him you see several empty pints that have some left over beer. Your colleague gets a call informing him of his next assignment. You over hear him accept the assignment. What will you do in this situation?

4)​ You are a female professor. A male student of yours has been making more frequent visits to your office. You also sense that he is sharing too much of his personal life with you (talking about recent break-up) and being excessively friendly. He now brings you a coffee on each visit and asks you about your weekend plans. How should you deal with this student?
