When I first experienced this, I described it as being water and experiencing yourself as vapor, then steam, hot water, cold water, slush, ice, etc. All the different experiences are never NOT water. So, while they are all different, depending on the particular perspective, they are all ultimately the same.
An interesting aside to this is to point out that I found all of this is to be happening simultaneously. Right now, at this very moment, the reader of these words is simultaneously an individual experience AND the One Itself. There is no future day where the many will converge into One, but instead, itâs ALL happening simultaneously. God damn, this is amazing!
