Chapter 7 Hellak Overcomes His Fears

STRANGE FEARS AND ANXIETIES can spread their branches in the minds of children and trigger much alarm and even terror. Is there anything that you are afraid of?

Perhaps a tiny spider or the white, fat lizard on the wall? Or maybe, when you see a small spider edging towards you, you feel as though it is a giant black tarantula that is chasing and trying to devour you? To you, the white lizard appears as a dinosaur, and your tender, and innocent mind drowns in a sea of fear. But did you know that it only takes a tiny step to overcome these fears and laugh at the face of them?

Simply be brave, clench your fists, grit your baby teeth, and face your fears head on. And with Hellak – the friendly, sweet red and gold baby dragon - by your side, all you need is a little faith and hope to fight against your worst fears and emerge a hero in the battle. And then a new world of strength and bravery will open up for you.

You will be amazed at the admiration of your parents, and your mind will feel so much more at ease.

Hellak is also afraid of little things, and so are his friends Trippity, Ash, Mario, and Tom. Trippity used to be afraid of riding the swing. This is because she would always feel like she would be thrown off the swing and straight onto the ground.

But when Hellak and Ash finally took her to the park and swung her gently to and from, and she felt the gentle breeze on her face, she felt as though there was nothing more heavenly in life than to swing gently under the Sun. Ash used to be scared of heights, so much so that he wouldn't even climb up to the treehouse in the park.

But one day, Hellak, Trippity, and Mario blindfolded Ash and led him up the tree into the pretty wooden house on one of its branches. They removed the blindfold, and Ash looked upon the cutest picture inside!

The lovely view of red fairy lights, cushioned wooden seats, trays laden with buns and muffins, and colorful curtains across the windows filled his heart with happiness and erased out the last traces of the fear of heights from Ash's mind.

Hellak, the friendly red and gold baby dragon, is afraid of the sea. The sight of the giant waves crashing at the shores scares him terribly. He hates the sea and runs away whenever his parents suggest a seaside vacation.

There seemed to be no way of driving out his fear, but one day it went away with a little help of magic and mermaids. Read on, my little ones, and find out the way Hellak overcomes his fears.

Hellak has always been terrified of the seashore. Nothing scares him more than to witness the foaming waves that crash at his feet, demolishing sand castles, and frothing back again.

He just could never understand how or why everyone else seems to enjoy the sea.
