PREPARATION:
MAKE THE MARINADE:
In a large mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Add lamb chops and rub lamb chops with the marinade. Cover with the plastic wrap and place into the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
GRILL THE LAMB CHOPS: (Keep the grill's lid closed)
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place lamb chops onto the grill. Grill for about 7-10 minutes constantly turning and basting (slightly) with olive oil. Check the internal temperature - it should be 130°F.
Serve with sides of your choice.
Grilled lamb chops will keep for 3-4 days in a fridge or up to one month in a freezer.
