Method of preparation

In a huge saucepan, heat the olive oil over low, medium heat, add the onions, leeks and cook for about 5 minutes

Add the potatoes, water, increase the heat and bring it to boil until they are tender

Add the green peas and cook for more 8 minutes or until the peas are tender

Remove from heat, add salt, pepper, and basil

Blend the leek pea mixture until smooth

Serve while hot

1 package of mushrooms

2 tablespoons of turmeric powder

2 tablespoons of basil

2 tablespoons of oregano

1 tablespoon of curry powder

1 tablespoon of sea salt

½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon of parsley

1 tablespoon of pepper

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

3 quarts of water
