INSTRUCTIONS:
Set to Sauté and add the beef to the pot.
Add the beef broth and sear the meat.
Press Cancel, Lock the lid. Turn the valve to Sealing.
Set to 20 minutes of high pressure.
Do a quick-release.
Drain juice from the pot.
Replace back into the instant pot.
Mix the chili sauce, ginger, garlic, soy sauce. Gradually add the cornstarch.
Set to Sauté, pour in the sauce, and cover the meat.
Add the vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.
Turn off the Instant Pot.
Serve with rice.
