Heat the grill. When the grill is ready (the coals should be white), remove the steaks from marinade, reserving marinade. Place the steaks 4 to 6 inches from coals. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the steaks are of the desired doneness, turning once and brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. (Or you can broil the steaks. Place the broiler pan 4 to 6 inches from the heat and proceed as described above.)
Roast Beef with Chipotle Rub

This chipotle rub is quite tasty, though hot. It's great on the roast, but try using it on chicken or pork for a change. This is not the chipotle you get in those fast food places; this is the real thing.
