Rigatoni with Pineapple
Description: It is a healthy meal which you cannot avoid during lunch time!
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
Servings: 2 to 3 servings
Ingredients:
Olive oil - 1/3 cup
Garlic cloves (minced) – 2
Pineapple (chopped) – 2 cups
Almonds - chopped – ½ cup
Tomatoes - 3
Rigatoni Pasta, cooked - 1 pack
Salt as needed
Directions:
1. Add oil into a pan.
2. Mix in garlic and almonds.
3. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add salt and boiled rigatoni pasta with pineapple.
5. Cook for 10 minutes.
6. When done, serve!
