Green Beans and Mushrooms

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 6 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped

6 ounces bacon, chopped

Salt and ground black pepper, to taste Balsamic vinegar

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 garlic clove, peeled and minced

8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

Instructions:

Place the beans in the Instant Pot, add water to cover them, cover the Instant Pot and cook for 3 minutes in manual configuration.

Release the pressure naturally, drain the beans and set aside. Place the Instant Pot in the sauté mode, add the bacon and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add garlic and onion, mix and cook 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms, mix and cook until tender. Add the drain beans, salt, pepper and a pinch of vinegar, mix, remove from heat, divide between plates and serve.
