Exporting data from Access

All Access database objects can be exported in a variety of file formats that allow data in a Table to be used in another program, or simply presented for information purposes. Access exports to the same file formats as those it imports, plus it can export Tables to Portable Document Format (PDF) documents, XML Paper Specification (XPS) documents, and Microsoft Word documents.
