1 large ripe avocado
250 g yoghurt
2 green chillies
¼ bunch cilantro or parsley
1 tsp sugar
1 Cut avocado in half and remove the stone. Spoon out the flesh from the avocado shells and purée in a blender. Add the yogurt and mix in.
