HOW TO PERFORM THE CHAKRA CHECK

Envision your Gold Sun chakra touching the edge of the top of your aura. See it as clear and open, with bright golden energy moving freely within it. Envision a strong delineation between its edges, the edge of your aura, and the energy outside of your aura.

Starting with your seventh chakra, right above the crown of your head, envision this energy center as healthy, open, circular and defined, and filled with a clear, flowing, lively purple-violet energy. Now direct your attention to your forehead and see your sixth chakra (or third eye) as healthy, open, circular and defined, and filled with a clear, moving, vibrant indigo energy. As you shift your attention down to your fifth, or throat, chakra (just above that depression at the base of your throat) see this chakra filled with a clear, moving, sapphire-blue energy. Stay in the room in your head. Do not fly out of your head to visit each of your chakras. You can see them just fine from inside your room.

Center your attention on your fourth, or heart, chakra (which is centered over your sternum), and see this chakra open to the same diameter as the chakras above it. See your heart chakra as circular and defined, and filled with a clear, moving, emeraldgreen energy. Your third chakra, or solar plexus, should be healthy and open, circular and strongly defined, and filled with a clear, flowing, sunny yellow energy. Now see your second chakra (just below your navel) as healthy and open, circular and defined, and filled with a clear, moving, persimmon-orange color.

Stay in your head and envision your first chakra (just above the testicles in men, or at the low-center of the vagina in women) as an open, healthy, and defined energy center filled with a clear, moving, sparkling ruby-red energy. Make sure to include a picture of your healthy grounding cord in your vision of your first chakra. See your hand chakras (in the center of your palms) open to two or three inches in diameter, and see your foot chakras (in the center of your arches) open to those dimensions as well. Do not assign colors to your hands and feet, but be aware of any colors already present.
