Instructions:

Mix together the cream cheese, honey and the pineapple juice and set aside.

In another bowl, mix the run flavored extract and the mango nectar. Set aside.

Place the cubed cake in a dish and drizzle over the mango and rum mixture and then the cream cheese mixture.

Then sprinkle the ginger and the macadamia nuts.

Repeat the process to form layers with the same method.

Place the sliced mango on top and then refrigerate the dish before serving so that it is cold.
