Fingers

To build your finger strength you can move from grab the bar with your full hand to any number of your fingers alone. Be sure to work into this slowly as if you do too much you could injure your fingers. In doing this work generally the second segment of the finger is over the bar while the first and third segments are on either side. You can do this with all four fingers to start and then gradually reduce the number of fingers you use. The pinkie and ring fingers are the weakest and support the least weight. The middle finger is the strongest. Work your way up to doing one finger on each hand.
