When shrimp are needed, we can procure sixty to a hundred pounds of head-on Georgia whites, fresh off a shrimping boat.

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT

1 large stainless-steel pot, preferably one that comes with a perforated basket. The basket makes for easy removal of the ingredients from the cooking water. It’s essential for that awe-inspiring moment when you empty the basket of overflowing seafood onto the table.
