Cucumber sliced- ½
Red kidney beans- 400 grams
Cubed feta cheese- 150 grams
Cubed avocados- 3
Lemon- ½
Balsamic vinegar- 125 ml
Honey- 1 tsp.
Extra virgin olive oil- 80 ml
Salt- a pinch
Pepper- a pinch

How to Cook:
Take out the mixed vegetables of your choice and place in a platter.
Put the kidney beans, avocado and feta cheese on top.
Now put the peeled cucumber in the salad leaves.
Take out the juice of lemon and put it on the avocado.
For the dressing, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix and drizzle over the salad before serving.
