Ingredients:

1 ounce octopus, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 bay leaves

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

½ bunch coriander stalks

Salt and pepper to taste

Salad

1 red onion, chopped

5 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 red pepper, chopped

½ coriander bunch, chopped

1 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste
