Ipossessed the astounding ability to teleport, to instantly transport myself from one location to another. This was undoubtedly one of the most remarkable things to happen to me in my two hundred years of existence, second only to the moment I bonded with my mate. I couldn't believe it - I could literally teleport! The very thought sent shivers of excitement down my spine.

I was amazed that I had even accomplished it, but with no recollection of how I did it, the satisfaction was slightly tainted. My mind raced with curiosity and disappointment at not understanding my own ability. Theo and Jas had theories and strategies on how to do it, and honestly, I was willing to try anything.

Jas had requested to spend a few hours with Willow today, excitement dancing in his eyes as he wanted to show her the massive book delivery he had received the day before. Theo had made arrangements for the library to be expanded just for Willow's new extensive collection. In two days, workers would arrive to begin construction on additional shelves, forcing Jas and myself to temporarily isolate to the other end of the grand castle.

As for myself, I still had some pressing tasks to attend to before embarking on my hike.

Since a lot of my time before Willow was taken up trying to find Willow, I found myself with more hours for actual legitimate work endeavours.

As I waited for any new leads on Caleb and Edmund to surface from the programs I had running 24 hours a day, I delved into the depths of online databases, scouring through every bit of information that I could find on the two men. With determination in my eyes, I navigated through countless websites and programs, setting up a carefully crafted plan to track down Edmund's whereabouts. One by one, pieces of the puzzle began to fall into place - information about his past, his habits, and his connections all surfaced like buried treasures. Though we had kept a watchful eye on him over the years, our surveillance was limited and lacked the depth and detail that would prove useful now.

Caleb had completely gone off-grid, and that unsettled me the most. Where was he? Why is he hiding, and how is he hiding so well?

I had been searching for days, and all I could find were dead ends. It was like he had completely disappeared from the face of the earth. I even looked through old records, newspaper articles, and any other sources I could think of that would provide information on him. But there was nothing - no pictures, no addresses, nothing that could give me a hint as to where Caleb might be.

The lack of tangible evidence convinced me that whoever Caleb was, he had been planning this disappearance long before Jas rescued Willow. Either he was extremely well-prepared or someone else was assisting him most likely Edmund.

Frustration and exhaustion were beginning to creep in. I had been so focused on finding Caleb and Edmund, that I had forgotten about the time of day and my need to get ready for my hike.
