Ingredient List:

1 can of tuna

4 potatoes

1 egg – free range

1 celery stalk – sliced

1 carrot – grated

Plain flour

Coconut oil

Salad if you fancy

Directions:

Cook your potatoes and mash.

Combine mash, tuna, carrot, celery, and egg in a bowl.

Pour flour onto a plate.

Shape tuna patties and coat in flour.

In a frypan, heat oil over a medium flame.

Cook patties till golden and crunchy.
