MEMBRANES REMOVED
¾ CUP/190 G BUTTER
SALT AND COARSELY CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
LEAVES OF ½ BUNCH PARSLEY, MINCED,
PLUS 15 TO 20 WHOLE LEAVES FOR GARNISH
