Play Ball!

1 Spread the bedsheet on the floor and make two piles of four pillows; the piles should be side by side.

2 Place the chair next to the two piles of pillows.

3 Have your friend take off her shoes and step up onto the chair.

4 Ask her to step off carefully onto the two piles of pillows—one foot on each.

5 Wait for her to settle and measure the distance from the floor up to her heels.

6 Your friend should step down and help you plump up the pillows.

7 Set the pillows and chair up as in Steps 1 and 2 again.
