Ingredients:

4 eggs, over easy, large

½ lb. of noodles, udon

½ cup of stock, chicken

2 tbsp. of gochujang (chili paste)

1 cup of kimchi, chopped, and 1/3 cup of its juice

5 tbsp. of butter, unsalted

½ pound of pork sausage, ground

To garnish: sliced green onions
