The Supervise button opens a view (Figure 5-12) that allows you to see how many contacts are enrolled in the Engagement Plan, as well as which states they fall into. Perhaps there is a bottleneck in your plan and you need more personalization rules to help customers advance to the next stage faster. Additionally, if a customer is stuck, you can manually move that customer by clicking the Move button. Or, you can add a new contact manually into the Engagement Plan as well with the help of the Add button.
