It’s obvious that physical activity is good for our bodies, but did you know that it’s very good for our brains? It’s good for our whole mental and physical well-being.

Lots of experts say exercise is the most important part of being healthy, helping us avoid many serious illnesses, feel better about ourselves, and generally have a much more positive outlook.

I’ll let you know the benefits, and then I’ll tell you how you can find something that suits you, even if you don’t think you want to exercise or don’t think you can. There is something for everyone, no matter what your ability!

Having said that, before changing your level of exercise significantly, you should get medical advice, in case there’s a reason why you should avoid certain activities.
