The dogs that are left get to the dump at the same

time as the garbage truck, and Pierre chases it

through the gates. Mountains of junk distract the rest

of the dogs, and they jump into the piles and chew on all

sorts of slimy leftovers.

Pierre follows the truck. When it dumps

everything out onto the ground, he dives

in and finds the newspaper and the

plastic bottle. Pierre can’t wait to see

the recycling bin’s face when he fills him

up with good things to recycle!
