Party Problems

Money wasn’t my only problem. I still needed music. I had a boom box and CDs, and my MP3 player. I wanted something better.

My brother was a DJ at one of his school dances last year. I decided I’d ask him if he would DJ at my party. After all, I had nothing to lose.

Jimmy was in his room. He hates it when I go into his room without asking first. But if I ask to come in, he says, “NO.” So I don’t ask.

The Jimmy/Claudia Problem

1. Jimmy hardly ever talks to me.

2. I almost never do what he says.

I walked into Jimmy’s room without knocking.
