Instructions:

Heat your oven up to 356°F. Take a medium sized roasting pan and toss in the chickpeas, chili flakes along with the oil. Toast for about 15 minutes until chickpeas are just about to become crispy and turn brown-golden. Add in the freekeh, olives, tomatoes and apricots, then combine everything together using a wooden spoon. Return to your oven and cook for about 15 minutes until your tomatoes start bursting and everything is hot throughout. Season to add taste.

Combine the dill (most of it) and yogurt, then season using the salt. serve the dish with dill fronds scattered above. Don’t forget to add herby yogurt (a dollop of it) on the top.
