For the second, the Lamrim Yeshe Nyingpo root text says:

The Approach and Full Approach of this profound

development stage

Are the energy practices together with the yogic exercises.

By the Accomplishment of Chandali, you will realize

The Great Accomplishment of undivided bliss and

emptiness.

The profound development stage devoid of artifice, explained here, is the Approach. The Full Approach is the prana yoga, together with the yogic exercises for training the body. Following that, by means of the sequences for accomplishing the blazing and dripping tummo, you realize the nature of the Great Accomplishment, which is indivisible bliss and emptiness. In this way, without depending upon a path involving elaborations, such as the layout of the mandala, you perfect the four aspects of Approach and Accomplishment on the inner vajra path.
