ITALIAN MEATBALLS IN TOMATO SAUCE

Servings: 4 Prep Time: 5 Cooking Time: 13 Minutes

1-lb. lean ground beef

1-lb. lean ground pork

1/2 cup onion, minced

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

2 eggs

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Salt

black pepper

one can of tomato sauce fresh basil

Cook tomato sauce for 20 minutes and add fresh basil the last 5 minutes.

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure it is all well mixed. With your hands, form small meatballs and place them on the Instant Vortex tray.

Press “Power Button” of the Instant Vortex and turn the dial to select the

“Air Fry” mode. Press the Time button and set the cooking time to 15 minutes.

Now press the "Temperature" button and turn the dial to 350 degrees F.

Once you preheat it, put the air fryer basket in and close the door. Flip the meatballs when they are half cooked. Serve them warm. Calories 475 Fat 27.8 g Carbs 1.7 g Protein 58.4 g
