Tuna Surprise

While asking Taylor to prom, Chad told her there was this tuna surprise on the menu.

Serving Size: 4

Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons butter

2 cups potatoes, minced

¼ cup cheese, chopped

1 lb. mushrooms, chopped

1 shallot, chopped

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 tablespoons thyme, chopped

2 tablespoons flour

½ cup half n half

1 tablespoon mustard

1 lb. egg noodles

5 ounces tuna, flaked

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Add water to a pot and boil the noodles till soft.

Add the butter to a skillet and toss in the potatoes and cheese.

Add the mushrooms, shallot, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper along with half n half and whisk.

Add the flour and simmer till thick.

Add the mustard and tuna and mix.

Add the noodles and cook on low for 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
