List of Ingredients:

Shredded coconut – 2 cups

Coconut oil – 2 tablespoons

Almond meal – 2 cups

Salt to taste

Lemon rind – 2

Honey – 1 tablespoon

Almond butter – 2 cups

Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons

Egg -1

Cream for filling

How to Cook:

1. Add almond meal into the bowl.

2. Mix shredded coconut, coconut oil, salt, lemon rind and honey.

3. Add lemon juice and egg.

4. Whisk the batter until there are no lumps.

5. Heat the oven to 350°F and prepare the baking tray.

6. Pour spoonful into the tray with distance and bake for 20 minutes.

7. When ready, spread cream on one side of the biscuit and cover with another half.

8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

9. When ready, serve!
