1 tablespoon red or green curry paste

2 teaspoons fish sauce

1 cup chicken broth

1 (13.5-ounce) can coconut milk

2½ pounds medium wild-caught Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro

½ teaspoon sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2 limes, halved or cut into wedges, for serving

Cuban Yellow Rice (here ) or spinach, for serving (optional)
