Chapter 5: Stargate

A stargate is an Einstein-Rosen bridge, popularly known as a wormhole. Theoretical physicists provide a number of reasons why a wormhole cannot be used as a practical means of travel through time and space. First, it takes an enormous amount of power to make a wormhole. Could the Emerald Tablet have that much power? Second, the wormhole would be too small to move anything larger than a single molecule, so how could a person or a spaceship use it? Several whistleblowers insist that they have traveled through both time and space in a secret government-sponsored experiment called Project Pegasus. They say that they used a jump-gate to travel to Mars, where they worked for 20 years. Then they were sent back to the place and time of their departure, and age-regressed so they could complete their lives on Earth. Their memories were blocked, but they somehow managed to retrieve those memories of living and working on Mars. Perhaps the ancient people who built the Great Pyramid were constructing a stargate to take them off this planet. They oriented the pyramid and its interior structures to take them to a specific destination. They used the power of the Tablets of Destiny to open up a stargate to take them there. Perhaps they wanted to travel in time, as well as space.

Various tales about modern time travel state that Tesla technology was used, or even that Nikola Tesla participated in those projects. The name “Tesla” seems to have some kind of magical power to make the most outlandish theories seem plausible. Whether he was involved or not, experiments have proven that time travel is possible. At the very least, a subatomic particle can be made to move backward in time.

Stories about the Philadelphia Experiment assert that a military experiment in 1943, designed to produce radar invisibility, resulted in movement of an entire Navy ship, with its crew, through time and space. A number of ancient myths tell us that certain people visited the gods for a day or a few days, and then returned to find that hundreds of years had passed on Earth while they were gone.

Ancient myths from around the world state that certain gods lost a great war in the heavens and were imprisoned on or in this planet. They certainly would want to escape, perhaps to resume the battle or perhaps to hide in some distant galaxy.

In Greek myth, the Titans were cast down from mount Olympus when the Olympian gods defeated them in a great war.
