Directions:
Mix all the kebab Ingredients in a food process and process until evenly mixed but not too fine.
Move the mixture to a bowl and chill for 5 minutes.
To form the kebabs, take about ½ tbsp. of the meat mixture and roll into a smooth ball. Flatten between your palms. Repeat with the rest of the mixture to make the remaining kebabs.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan – about 2-3 tbsp. Fry the kebabs, turning to ensure both sides are perfectly cooked until the kebabs turn brown and the meat is cooked through.
Garnish with onions and green chilies and serve.
